1.We haven't made your order yet
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us to request cancellation via sensfunbackdops@126.com within 6 hours after your order is placed. Because we will process your order in 24 hours after your order is placed.
2.Your order is already in processing
And if the product you ordered has been in production,cancellation made will be charged 25-40% of the total. also if the item has shipped , you do not want it , we also will charge 25-40% of the total and deducted the shipping fee.
If the goods arrived with production defects or damaged, then you do not need to return the goods, we will arrange for re-delivery for you again or refund you,otherwise we do not accept the return, also please cooperate with us and send relevant photos for us to confirm.

Please be sure photos submitted are not blurry or obscured. Providing quality photos will help us resolve your issue as promptly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us within 3 days after your order is delivered.
3.The printed products may different slightly from online stock images.
The printed product shown in the photographer’s photos may differ slightly from the original product, depending on the photographer's specific lighting, editing style, and photographic technique.There may be small imperfections/marks or small bubbles in the printing of the floor mat product, which are not defects.
Please Note:
1.All custom backdrops (include custom size) can not be returned. The clarity of your custom backdrop is depends on the image your uploaded.Please upload a better image.If there is a problem with your custom backdrop order,please contact us.
2.Due to folding transport, it is normal to have slight fold marks. Please try ironing and cleaning to remove. Due to the material, the fluff will have small scratches, which is normal, you only need to clean or iron it. If you can't solve it, please contact us.
3.Please reserve enough time to order the product, affected by COVID-19, the express delivery time has been delayed. Due to the incorrect address or courier timeliness issues caused ,we will not accept the return or refund. If you need it urgently, please contact customer service in advance to confirm the delivery time.
All returns and exchanges must be applied within 15 days after you receive the goods. Before you are ready to return or exchange the goods, please contact us by email. After our confirmation, you can return or exchange the goods. Unconfirmed returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. The resulting return costs will be borne by you.
